I'm glad to be back from Miami Beach after a stellar show! The number of attendees exceeded our expectations as we continue to work within an injured economy. However, we also heard that buying was much stronger than had been anticipated by most dealers--we truly hope the show was a fabulous success for everyone.

In response to Eirit, I'm sorry that no one posted any helpful hints for you prior to your move in--I hope it went smoothly and I hope you'll get back to us on what went well and what didn't. Our blog is brand new so we hope it will be more robust in the future.

In response to Gina--I really want to thank you for your feedback, we rely on our exhibitors and attendees to help us improve the show year over year. The particular issue you raise with the chairs is one we have heard before and we do make every attempt to place seating where we are allowed. However, we are also compliant to the building's and Fire Mashall regulations which dictate that we cannot place chairs in the cross aisles of the show. In the event of an emergency, in order to vacate the halls, we would need those cross aisles clear to assist visitor's in exiting the building. We will review the floor plan prior to next year's show and try to place seating anywhere we are allowed.

We did move the concession area outside of the halls this year for a variety of business reasons which we know benefitted the show. Many attendees enjoyed the space outside of the show to sit, eat, drink or talk. We know that many folks need a break after walking some of the aisles (so do we!) and we had hoped this area outside the hall would be a pleasant place for folks to rest their feet. I'm sorry you left the show early, but I do promise we'll review again with the building team and make sure that we're placing chairs everywhere we can. Thank you again for your feedback.
